Wrestlers - Wrestlers should be released today at 10:30 so that we can head to Pamlico for the Hurricane Christmas Clash. Good Luck Team!

Parent Survey: Please take the time to fill out this survey (time commitment: 5 minutes). We are aware of the need for providing various activities after school for our students. The activities provided at this "Fun Day" will be based on student/parent responses and support and will include an assortment of athletic and enrichment opportunities (ex. Glee Club, cake decorating). Students will be taking a similar survey to highlight areas of interest within the next couple of weeks. The survey is up and ready to go. Follow the link below today:

Community Service Project – Are you ready to accept Rachel’s Challenge? There is an opportunity right here at MCMS to show kindness and compassion. A Community Service Project is going on where all you have to do is save your metal tabs from aluminum cans. The proceeds from the tabs will go toward a family of a BCMS teacher whose baby is in a need of a great deal of medical care. Be sure to ask your friends, relatives and neighbors to save their tabs as well.
Each grade level has a 5-gallon bucket that needs to be filled to overflowing. Don’t wait, don’t hesitate, feel great; bring in your tabs today!

Cheerleaders – On Saturday, February 12th the cheerleaders will host a Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser at Applebee’s. We would love for you to make plans to attend. In the meantime, we are looking for two people, students and /or staff to take the pancake challenge of who can eat the most pancakes. The winner receives a gift card for a free meal from Applebee’s.
